As an employee you can agree to sacrifice approximately £245 a month from you pre-tax salary in return for vouchers. These vouchers are redeemable as a full or part payment for a range of childcare options at any approved childcare provider or establishment.
The vouchers can only be used for children up to the age of 15 (until 1st September after their 15th birthday) or the age of 16 years old if they have a disability. You will make tax and national insurance savings and your employer can save up to 12.8% on NI.
